“Lukman Lawal is a medical doctor with over 6years of experience in organising community-based health insurance scheme. He is a focused corporate medical practioner with great analytical mind and demonstrated ability to lead a medical team.

His areas of expertise includes: organize work and project, communicate and influence team, establish priorities, delegate tasks and risk management to meet quality health service delivery requirements.

Lukman is member Board of Trustees and a former Kwara State Deputy Coordinator of Hospital Visitation Jama’ah, a non-governmental organisation that focuses on organising community health insurance, and partners with philanthropists and pharmaceutical companies to help low-income patients access emergency medical care. He was a former Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of ‘The Guide’, the best selling medical handbooks in Nigeria Medical College.

He is the founder and CEO of LukSat, a digital satellite Installation and maintenance service provider and training school for youths.

Lukman holds Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees obtained from University of Ilorin, the “”better by far Univeristy””.

He is a certified Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider by Post-Graduate Institute for Medicine, Leadership and Management skills by The Open University (Scotland), Communication and Interpersonal skills, Decision making skills and Collaborative Working in a Team skills by University of Leeds. He has also undertaken many online training organised by University College London, University of Virginia (USA) etc.

14. Nyangono Ernestine Joy
“Nyangono Ernestine Joy is an entrepreneur, of Cameroonian origin, passionate about the development of Africa and the full human potential. She is an activist for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and makes a point of honour in the fight against gender-based violence. She encourages women and girls on their role and importance in society.

Her areas of expertise cover motivation and personal development, as she is convinced that there is potential in every human being. She advocates for participatory, transformational and transactional leadership and works for the valorization and promotion of women’s leadership and youth entrepreneurship. She encourages personal and team productivity and develops her skills in marketing communication.

Ernestine Joy is founder of the Ndolétisé Start-up, a project that places special emphasis on the promotion and enhancement of youth entrepreneurship, the consumption of local products, the training and professional reintegration of young people, especially girls and women, and provides assistance to the needy wherever they are. Member AIESEC in Cameroon, she is Vice President in charge of Marketing and Communication at the local committee AIESEC in Maroua.

Ernestine Joy has personal and professional skills with several certifications.
