TAMINANG Search is a Social Entrepreneur, a Visionary, Nation Builder, Motivational Speaker, Transformative Writer, Personal Development Coach, seasoned expert in Business Development, and a member of the Young African Leaders Initiative Network.
TAMINANG Search has as professional objective, to train and equip young Africans from diverse backgrounds with sustainable entrepreneurial and job readiness skills, enabling them to become productive, industrious, proactive and resourceful so they can serve as pavements to the growth and development of their individual nations and the African continent at large.
He is the Founder and Executive Director of GAICAM, The Managing Director of the GAICAM Professional Skills Acquisition Centre Buea, and former national president of the Muokang Development & Cultural Association (MUDECA).
As a Social Entrepreneur, Writer, Public speaker, trainer, and a Coach, he has been able to touch more than 20, 000 lives in Cameroon and beyond. He trains, mentors and writes transformational articles which are read across the world.
As an author, he has written five (5) transformative books: The PASSWORD to Entrepreneurship, The PASSWORD to a Purpose Driven Job Search, The Secret of Writing & Passing Exams, The Truth Why People Cheat in Relationships, and Common Mistakes Ladies Make Which affect their Relationships.
As the Founder and Executive Director of GAICAM, he has designed and structured the entire organization, together with its Projects, programmes and other activities of the organization. He is the official face of GAICAM, who officiates over all official meetings of the organization, while designing and signing all partnerships and M.O.U deals on behalf of GAICAM.
TAMINANG Search has negotiated, coordinated and delivered academic presentations in over one hundred (100) secondary and high schools in both the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon, and equally offered seasoned professional trainings in over 80 seminars and workshops in both universities & professional entities, all geared towards youths empowerment and business sustainability for a better Cameroon and Africa at large.
In addition, his passion for his vision to transform lives and promote growth via his organization –GAICAM, enabled him to design, coordinate, negotiate and successfully organize the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd editions of the GAICAM Annual Leadership and Entrepreneurial Fellowship, as well as four Editions of the GAICAM Annual Children Christmas Party for orphans and the needy.
His professional business training and startup modules have helped create over 50 Startups in Cameroon. He is one of the few Africans who believe in the African dream, and will do whatever it takes to empower more Africans so they can be resourceful to the mother continent of Africa. He is currents mentoring hundreds of young Africans, as well as inspiring many across the globe.
